All paintings are supplied framed and ready-to-hang. The prices shown include packaging, delivery and transit insurance.

If you see a painting you are interested in, please make first contact by e-mail. If it is a tentative enquiry, I can supply further photos, give you more information about the painting and it’s frame, or answer any other questions you may have. Please understand that an initial enquiry in no way puts you under any obligation to purchase.

However, if purchasing is, or becomes,  your definite intention, please state this clearly and I will reserve the painting immediately. If you would prefer to discuss the purchase in person rather than by e-mail, please give me contact details and a suitable time to telephone you.

Once a painting has been reserved we can discuss  payment and delivery options.

At present I can only accept payment by cheque, made out to Martin James. Once this is received and cashed, the painting will be dispatched in very secure packaging to your designated address, to arrive at a time convenient to you . You then have a period of 14 days in which you can return the  painting if you decide it is not for you. Please note that in order for a full refund to be made, the painting must be returned in suitably robust packaging, and in it’s original condition. Provided these latter points are adhered to, I can assure you there will be no quibbling over the refund, as I appreciate that sometimes people do change their mind.

If you see a painting you really like that has already sold, please feel free to enquire anyway. It may be that I am already working on something similar, not yet on the site, which may interest you.
